These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ACE Publishing website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree you must not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by ACE Publishing (“ACE Publishing”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We publish and market books and related products. Consumer sales and fulfilment are carried out through third party marketplaces, specifically Amazon and TikTok Shop.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and for its intended purposes only. You must not:

breach any applicable law or regulation
introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Site
copy, scrape, or harvest content or data without our prior written consent
use the Site for advertising, spamming, or any unlawful or harmful activity

We may suspend or block access if we believe there is a breach of these Terms or a risk to the Site or other users.

3. No accounts or direct sales on the Site

The Site does not process purchases, payments, or account registrations. If you choose to buy a product you will be redirected to a marketplace, such as Amazon or TikTok Shop. 4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by ACE Publishing or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property rights. This includes text, logos, graphics, page layouts, and design elements.

You may view pages for personal use and you may print a single copy of pages for reference. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any permitted copies must retain all notices of rights and ownership.

5. User submissions

If you send us content, such as messages, feedback, testimonials, artwork, or reviews, you confirm that:

you have the right to share that content
your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others
you grant ACE Publishing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display the content for our business purposes, including on the Site and in marketing materials

You remain responsible for your content and you agree to indemnify us for any loss arising from your breach of this clause.

6. Third party links and tools

The Site may link to third party websites or tools, including Amazon and TikTok Shop. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or security. Your use of third party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Information on the Site

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice. We may change, remove, or update content at any time without notice.

8. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business or operational reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply from the stated effective date.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable for:

any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data
any indirect, consequential, or special loss
any loss arising from use of or reliance on third party sites, including Amazon and TikTok Shop
any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or connected with these Terms or the Site shall be limited to one hundred pounds sterling.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ACE Publishing, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies. Your choices are set out in our Privacy Policy and cookie notices.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your home courts.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

15. Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ACE Publishing regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications and understandings relating to the Site.
