ACE Publishing Shipping and Refund Policy (2026)

ACE Publishing sells and fulfils all consumer orders through third-party marketplaces, specifically TikTok Shop and Amazon. As a result, our shipping, returns, and refunds follow the policies of the marketplace where you placed your order. The summaries below are provided for convenience only. The governing terms are those published by TikTok Shop or Amazon at the time of your purchase.

1) Where you bought determines the policy

  • TikTok Shop orders follow TikTok Shop’s shipping, returns, and refund rules, timelines, and methods of contact.

  • Amazon orders follow Amazon’s shipping, returns, and refund rules, timelines, and methods of contact.

  • If you are unsure which marketplace you used, check your order confirmation email or your account order history on that platform.

2) Shipping

Carriers and delivery times:

  • Carrier selection, delivery estimates, and shipping options are set by TikTok Shop or Amazon at checkout.

  • Any expedited or priority services are offered only if shown on the marketplace.

  • International availability varies by marketplace. Import duties, VAT, and customs handling are determined at checkout or on delivery according to marketplace rules and local law.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers and delivery updates are provided through your TikTok Shop or Amazon account.

  • Please contact the marketplace’s customer service first for late, lost, or misdelivered parcels.

Address issues

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified by ACE Publishing after an order is placed. Use the address change or cancellation options in your TikTok Shop or Amazon order screen, subject to their time limits.

3) Returns and refunds

Eligibility and timeframes:

  • Return windows, item conditions, and refund methods are determined by the marketplace. Most platform policies require items to be in original condition and returned within a stated period beginning on delivery.

  • Refunds are issued by TikTok Shop or Amazon to the original payment method in accordance with their rules.

How to start a return

  • Initiate the return from your order in TikTok Shop or Amazon. Follow the prompts to print labels and schedule collection or drop-off.

  • ACE Publishing cannot approve or process refunds directly for marketplace orders.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

  • Report any print defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items through the marketplace’s returns center within the required time window. Include photos where requested so the platform can arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as non-returnable by TikTok Shop or Amazon are excluded. This may include personalised, signed, or custom-printed products where offered.

4) Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only through your TikTok Shop or Amazon account and only while the order is still in a cancellable status. Once an order enters fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5) Pricing, taxes, and currency

  • Final pricing, promotional discounts, taxes, and currency display are controlled by the marketplace at checkout. Any VAT or sales tax shown on your receipt is collected and remitted by that platform.

6) Pre-orders and backorders

  • If a product is listed as a pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the marketplace will display the expected ship date. Charges, hold amounts, and cancellation options follow the marketplace policy
